Your subscription will be billed monthly unless cancelled. To cancel your subscription, please complete this form.

Did you know that by cancelling, you are losing all access to App.ScaleCertified (also known as "The Scaling System Software")? This includes our custom-built Funnel, Website and Email templates for Coaches as well as any assets that you have built within the platform.


Please note that your subscription will not be cancelled until you have completed and submitted this form, and you have received a confirmation email from our Customer Support team confirming your cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time but as outlined in the Terms of Conditions that you agreed to at the time of your purchase, please allow at least two business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the date the charge is scheduled to take place on.

Any requests for cancellation made less than 48 hours or two business days before their subscription is set to be charged or that are made after the charge has already taken place, will take effect the following business cycle.
